Wednesday, November 16th 
                 1-7pm                        Spanish Timbrado Registration
 
Thursday, November 17th
                8am                            Spanish Timbrado exhibitor drawing.
                   9am                            Spanish Timbrado Judging begins. 
                10am                          Bird Tags/Registration Sheet will start to be given out.
                12N to 4pm               NFSS Afternoon of Aviculture
                1pm to 9pm              Birds may be entered into the show hall from 1:00pm to 9:00pm
                2pm to 8pm              Bird Sale Room open (For set up only)
                        7pm & 8pm              Specialty Club meetings (please link to Meeting Rooms for more details)
                        9pm                           Deadline for turning in Entry Show Sheets
               
Friday, November 18th   
                6am to 7am              Birds may be entered into the show hall from . However, these birds  must        
                                                                            on the Entry Show Sheets that were turned in Thursday.
                7:30am                      All Birds Must Be Benched
                8am                           Judging Begins
                10am to 6pm            Show Hall open to public (Admission $5 or $8 for a two day pass, age 10 or under free)
                10am to 6pm            Bird Sale Room open to public

Saturday, November 19th

FOR OUR CANADIAN FRIENDS GUIDELINES FOR BRINGING BIRDS ACROSS THE BORDERS 

You must contact the port 3-5 days prior to entry in order to insure the availability of a Port veterinarian.  A user fee based on an hourly rate will be collected at this time. A Release document will be issued to you.  USDA APHIS VS Port Veterinarian’s office Hours are 8am to 4:30pm.  Please come prepared.  No cash will be accepted, personal Checks, debit cards, credit cards, money orders will. If you plan to come on a week end,
after hours, or on a holiday there will be an overtime charge.  Please do not wait until the last minute to cross.   In Detroit, the number to call is (313) 226-4428.

PLEASE CHECK WHEN YOU CALL THAT THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. 

When returning, you again must make an appointment with the Canadian veterinarian.
You must use the same certificate that you used to get into the U.S.  Please call ahead
Canadian port hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.  Just like the US, Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays will incur an overtime charge.
